Process Consulting encompasses both process mapping and process implementation.  Our consultants use the modelling tool CONTROL developed by NIMBUS (see www.nimbuspartners.com) in order to deliver process mapping and process implementation assignments within organizations.   These kind of process consulting engagements deliver to organizations cost savings, revenue improvement or support industry regulatory requirements (e.g FICA)
